Trading Football Cleats for Leotards

If you thought the UGA Athletic season ended with the Capital One Bowl, think again.

Tonight the No. 4 Georgia Gym Dogs will take on No. 9 Alabama at Stegeman at 7:30 p.m.

With nine national championships under their belt, four of which were earned in the last four years, there is no better opportunity to avenge the loss we all experienced between the hedges this past September.

The Gym Dogs are undefeated so far this season, topping the Utah Utes this past Monday afternoon. The Gym Dogs are now tied with Utah for the most national championships titles.

And with Head Coach Suzanne Yoculan retiring from her position as head coach at the end of the season, this year could be filled with more than just memories for the UGA and Athens communities.

Be sure to arrive early and you may see more similarities between tonight and that faithful day in September: the Gym Dogs have their own version of the Dog Walk before every home meet this season with doors opening two hours and 15 minutes before each meet.

Tickets are only $10 for adults and $6 for children and are available here or at the ticket window!

See you there! Go Dawgs!
